Step 1: Prepare documents

– Go to website: https://dangkyquamang.dkkd.gov.vn/auth/Public/LogOn.aspx.
– Log in and make information declarations, download electronic documents and verify business registration documents online according to the process on the National Business Registration Portal.
– After completing the submission of registration documents, you will receive a receipt of business registration documents online.
– The Business Registration Office is responsible for reviewing and sending an electronic notice to the enterprise to request amendment and supplementation of the dossier in case the dossier is not valid. When the application is complete and valid, the Business Registration Office will send a notification of approval via email to the applicant.
