Recently, all resources seem to have been focused on the housing market. Homeowners buy land, land buyers, non-real estate businesses also transfer capital to buy real estate in the hope of making a sudden profit. Buy a word or two, it’s foolish not to invest, it’s a bit of a waste of capital for production and business, meager profits but head fatigue while buying a piece of land and then sitting around waiting for the selling price to make a profit of billions. Then when the housing market started to be quiet like now, the cash flow could not be circulated into production because it was buried in real estate, then the pressure of interest rates weighed on the shoulders, making the economy really suffer. weaken. The biggest gain in the story of the housing fever is probably the success of the banks when they race to lend to the real estate business.
We often blame Vietnam for not being able to make screws and screws, but we don’t know that, in order to make screws, screws also need sophisticated technology and skilled workers. Which can only be obtained from accumulation and serious investment in production, business and applied research. The Japanese, before making billion-dollar cars like now, had hundreds of years of making screws and bicycles before they knew how to make motorbikes and cars.
So how to free up resources among the people, put those resources into production and business, and innovation and creativity are necessary at this time.
We believe that the Government should now focus on implementing the following four specific solutions:
- Prevent land speculation by levying high taxes on real estate business subjects.
- Encourage banks to disburse loans for production and business with reasonable interest rates and quick procedures.
- Streamlining administrative procedures for businesses, especially tax procedures and business licenses, limiting the situation of taking advantage of inspection to harass and make it difficult for businesses.
- Reducing corporate income tax for manufacturing enterprises in order to encourage the manufacturing and manufacturing sectors.
