– When using children, children’s images as characters, and illustrations in the program to reflect on negative cases or violations of the law, then:
+ For children under 07 years old, the consent of their parents and guardians is required in accordance with the law;
+ For children aged full 07 years or older, the consent of the child and parents and guardians must be obtained as prescribed by law.
