- Order of procedures:
- Step 1 – Investor submits project dossier at Department of Planning and Investment;
- Step 2 – After checking if the documents are sufficient, the investor receives an appointment letter to return the results;
- Step 3 – The Department of Planning and Investment directly appraises and adjusts the investment project and prepares a report to submit to the Provincial People’s Committee for approval;
- Step 4 – After the decision is made, the investor directly receives it at the Department of Planning and Investment.

- Dossier includes :
2.1. The registration form for adjustment of the investment project (made according to the form) in case the investment certificate is not associated with the establishment of the enterprise; or
The registration for adjustment of the investment project (made according to the form) in case the investment certificate is associated with the establishment of the branch; or
The registration for adjustment of the investment project (according to the form) in case the investment certificate is associated with the establishment of the enterprise;
2.2. An explanation of the reasons for the adjustment;
2.3. Changes compared to the content of verification when issuing the Investment Certificate;
2.4. Report on project implementation up to the time of project adjustment;
2.5. A valid copy of the Investment Certificate;
2.6. Amendments and supplements to the joint venture contract for foreign-invested projects to establish a joint venture company in case the project adjustment changes the content of the joint venture contract;
2.7. Amendments and supplements to the business cooperation contract, for the form of investment under the business cooperation contract, in case the project adjustment changes the contents of the business cooperation contract;
2.8. Amendments and supplements to the enterprise’s charter in case the project’s adjustment changes the contents of the enterprise’s charter.
