The Ministry of Planning and Investment issued Decision 1523/QD-BKHDT amending and supplementing administrative procedures in the field of establishment and operation of enterprises under the management function of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Specifically, on October 15, 2020, the Government issued Decree 122/2020/ND-CP , accompanied by 05 new forms of application for registration of business establishment, so the procedures for establishing all types of enterprises are also simplified. Amendments and supplements as follows:
– For procedures for registration of establishment of a private enterprise: Use the form of application for establishment according to Appendix I-1, Decree 122;
– For procedures to register the establishment of a one-member limited liability company: Use the form of application for establishment according to Appendix I-2, Decree 122;
– For procedures for registration of establishment of a limited liability company with two or more members: Use the form of application for establishment according to Appendix I-3, Decree 122;
– For procedures for registration of establishment of a joint-stock company: Use the form of application for establishment according to Appendix I-4, Decree 122;
– For procedures for registration of establishment of a partnership: Use the form of application for establishment according to Appendix I-5, Decree 122.
