Currently, the Law on Advertising of Vietnam does not stipulate the rights and obligations of people who convey advertising products. Regulations on sanctioning of administrative violations in advertising have not yet provided for sanctioning people who convey advertising products. Responsibility is being held on the owner of the goods and the publisher of the promotional product. This is the reason why artists advertise shoddy products but have no basis to deal with.

Decree 38/2021/ND-CP stipulates a fine of 50-70 million VND for individuals and organizations if they advertise for banned products or services. This Decree stipulates a fine of between VND 60 million and VND 80 million for acts of improperly or misleading advertising about the business ability, ability to provide products, goods and services of organizations and individuals. trading products, goods and services.

Advertising that is not true seriously affects the trust and health of consumers as well as affects the reputation of advertising participants.
